Nothing on the calendar yet.Two ways to start, and you can do either one later instead.
Family Calendar
Day
Documents & photos
Pinned to this exact day, timestamped when saved, screenshots, receipts, photos of what went in the backpack. Never visible on the share link.
Invite someone
They get a link or a QR code. No app, no account, nothing to install.
One per line.
A time at the start is picked up automatically. We have filled in what is already
on those days, change anything you like.
Ready to hand over
What’s changed?
Say it however it comes out, times, meals, medication, who’s
collecting, what to do if things change again. Half-sentences are fine.
If
it stops listening, tap the microphone again and keep going, nothing you said
is lost.
What happens most days?
Tap the ones that fit. These become the daily checklist, and,
if you turn reminders on, the quiet nudge that goes with them.
You can change the times, add your own,
or remove any of them later, tap a name in the sidebar.
How do the days usually go?
We can lay the next few months down for you now. Nothing is fixed, you can re-highlight any day with a finger afterwards.
Who is in your care
Only what someone standing in for you would need to do
the right thing. Instructions, not a medical file.
You can keep a short set of care notes for each child, where the EpiPen
is, what to avoid and why, what to do if something happens. It is stored with your
calendar, it is yours to delete at any time, and it is only ever shown to someone
you hand a link to.
We do not ask for diagnoses. No conditions, no therapy notes, no insurance
or ID numbers. Those belong with a doctor or a school, not on a shared calendar.
What this never holds. Diagnoses, therapy notes, mental-health history,
insurance or ID numbers, and anything whose only use is to describe a person rather
than to help someone care for them. That is deliberate. Every note here is signed
and dated, and nothing already written is ever quietly rewritten.
Add a child
A first name is enough. Everything else is optional.
A frightened child answers to the name
they are called at home, which is why the emergency form asks for it.
Someone who helps often
A nanny, a grandparent, a sitter you use again and again. Saved once,
so you never set them up twice.
Their usual hours. You can change
them for any one schedule.
Schedule
Pick the days. They get one link that shows their shifts like a work
schedule, so they can plan their life too.
Tap the days they are on.
Colours
Only you see this. Changing it does not touch anyone else's screen.
Your data
Take your whole file first. Then, if you want to go, go.
Step one, take a copy
One file with everything: the calendar, every day you have painted, the
events, the routines, the care notes, the handovers and what each sitter ticked,
and your own private tab.
Step two, leaving
Why one parent cannot delete a shared calendar. This holds a custody history
and a record meant to be printed for a lawyer. If two of you are on it, either of you
can walk away and take your own copy, but neither can destroy the other’s
record. Once you are the only one left, you can delete the whole thing.
Keep this calendar
Your first week is free. After that it is $9.99 a month for the
whole family, not per parent, and the sitter, the grandparents and anyone
else you share a day with are always free.
Exactly what happens. Nothing is charged today. We hold a card, your seven
days run free, and on day 8 it becomes
$9.99 per month, renewing monthly until you stop it. You can cancel
in one tap from this same screen, and we will email you before the first charge.
Given a code by someone? Put it in
here, no card at all.
The calendar, the custody days, the checklist, the care notes, printing and deleting
everything are free forever, with or without this.
Three quick taps, if you don’t mind
Nobody has told us yet whether this actually helps. It is anonymous, we cannot tell which family answered.
Before this, how were you handling it?
What made you stop?
Compared with just texting, this was…
Anything else? (optional)
Add another device
Open this link on your other phone, tablet or laptop and it signs in
there too. Nothing to install, and this device stays signed in.
Send it to yourself however you like, text, AirDrop, a note to self. It works once, and only for the next
15 minutes.
A passkey you already have on the other device works too, and lands on this same
calendar, this is just quicker.
If you ever lose your passkey, one of these gets you back in. Shown once. Keep them somewhere that is not this phone.
Invite the other parent
They get their own sign-in. You both see the children’s days,
the handovers and the schedule, and you each get a private tab the other
cannot see.
What this link does. Whoever opens it can sign in and share this calendar, so
send it only to them. It works once, it expires in two days, and making
a new one cancels the old. It is shown here once, copy it before you close this.
Which one are you?
So this tab is yours and only yours. Asked once.
Whatever you put here is never shown to
the other person on this calendar, never goes on a share link, and never reaches a
sitter. There is no way to share it at all, that is on purpose.
Add to your day
Want me to update the list?
Your words already went out, word for word. This is just so you do not
have to go and find these yourself.
Remove
This cannot be undone. If they are
simply not in your care this week, leave them here, nothing is shared with
anyone unless you hand over a link.
Add a care note
Who’s on the calendar?
First names are plenty. You can change these any time, and add
colours, routines and more people later.
Two people share the days on this
calendar. Anyone else, a grandparent, a sitter, gets a link, not an account.
Caregiver
Name, color, and the things that happen on their days without asking.
Routines, on days they have the evening
Routines highlight every matching day
this caregiver holds, change the schedule and they follow.
New type of event
Types colour-code the calendar and the history, doctor visits, activities,
expenses, incidents, anything worth tracking.
